Designed a complete electrical service layout for an 18-port AC Level-2 EV charging station in a residential colony using AutoCAD, including fittings, conduit routing, cabling, earthing, protection, and single-line diagrams. Performed load study and equipment sizing for a dedicated EV charging infrastructure, selecting a 100 kVA, 11 kV/415 V transformer based on connected load, diversity factor, and maximum demand analysis. Prepared lighting design, fire-safety layout, grounding scheme, BOQ, and cost estimation, resulting in a complete project estimate of approximately BDT 2.91 million.
